Epicor is a recognized leader in the development of Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Supply Chain
Management (SCM) solutions. PUSH began working with Epicor in 2003 when
they required the localization of a large software product into Italian.
PUSH was assigned the project,
assembling and testing a team of experienced Italian software localizers,
translators and proof readers to complete the 250,000 word project within
the short time frame specified.
The project was completed on time and resulted in
further project work of a similar nature into French and German. The use
of sophisticated Translation Memory tools means that Epicor now have a
large database of terminology and phraseology that can be used on future
projects, potentially reducing significant time and cost.

Win Technologies came to PUSH
to discuss their online gaming translation needs. The Spin Palace website
(www.spinpalace.com) has been translated into several languages and PUSH
manage the every day site maintenance requirements, including customer
support.
The principal language combination
is Turkish into/from English, with translations turned around within a
24-hour time frame.
Managing consumer queries and general correspondence in their native language
means that they regularly return to the site knowing that there will always
be a speedy reply to questions in their own language.
From a cost perspective, the
use of a powerful Translation Memory tool has proven to reduce costs over
the last year for Win Technologies.
Good project management and
an understanding of this client’s requirements have been key to
a successful partnership. PUSH are also in the process of building and
localizing a Japanese version of the website, released early August 2005.
